Low Impact Woodland Home

With the entire home being built out of organic material I wonder if you need to tear down and rebuild every few years due to decomposition. I'm not sure if it is where I would want to live (I'm a slave to technology and it's related conveniences) but the idea is cool. If I ever had the balls to live in one I think it would be hilarious to buy a lot and build one in the middle of suburbia.
