I would maybe raise the flop bet since drawing hands do like to get frisky on paired flops. Call is fine, but you'll probably have to fold a [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] turn.

As played I call the turn and value bet the river.

definitely vb the river. I think you see several hands lead this flop, any pp. Looks like he fired another bullet on the turn, and slowed down on the river. I'd bet 1/3-1/2 pot here and see him call with his pp.
