Sweet. White Rock is nice. Easy access to fish and chips.

Why WR? Where did you live before? I ask because this is almost exactly the price range we are looking at and exactly the same down payment. Where else did you look?

Tuco.

Didnt really look anywhere else. Was looking for a newish place that was close to friends/family and was in a nice area. Have a few friends that live in Morgan Creek, plus there is lots of new construction there. I also like Cloverdale (also lots of new constr.) but my parents live there and I wanted to be close to them but not SUPER close More of a chance to get a yard and whatnot there in this pricerange, whereas White Rock its gonna be pretty hard to find a yard for under 1.2M (and those houses are not as nice inside..think 1.5Mish for high end interior+decent yard in white rock

Right now I live downtown on Georgia have been down here for about 2.5 yrs but renting

870k........Posting such a figure makes me believe OP entirely made this up, but I have no clue why someone would make something like this up just to post in BBV. Is this development RIGHT next to a federal prison or something? NO house that looks to be about 4500-5000 square feet with such a nice interior is going to run at 870k, thats not even CLOSE to what its going to run for in a typical neighbordhood.....try at least like 1.25+ and that is being very generous.

why would someone make a thread about buying a fake house?

i believe the OP, if not only for the fact that has no incentive to lie.
