Default 10NL, AA against min raise on flop

Hi, I don't have a hand history here so apologies if it seems kind of sloppy. Button has so far seemed straightforward and tightish, haven't seen him bluff or make any strange plays. He has about $13 at start of hand, I cover. We're playing full ring.

I raise UTG to .35 with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
All fold to button who calls, SB and BB fold.
Flop comes 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I bet pot (.85)
Button min-raises me to $1.7.

What do I do? I don't really see him raising me with a 3, I think he would slow play and raise me on a later street. At the same time, I think there's a good chance that if he has a mid-highish pocket pair that he didn't re-raise for some reason preflop, or a flush draw that he can't lay down, I can get a lot of value out of this hand. On the other hand if he decided to get tricky preflop and does actually have a 3, it seems like any agressive line here will basically commit me to the pot (I would have to raise at least to $5, which I think would give me odds to call almost anything on the turn unless a spade comes.) Does anybody like a raise and fold to a push? Call and reevaluate on the turn? I have no idea what do here, and folding seems much too weak.

You are ahead of his range, yes there is a chance he has a three but that is a very small part of his range. 3bet up to pot size raise and try to get all your money in the pot on the next streets if possible.

Don't even considering folding at any point, that would be terrible IMO.

Raise to $5 and call a push. Sometimes he has the 3, most of the time he has a smaller overpair.

Raise it up! Call a shove. Get all in.
