I would fold both of these. In hand 2, I agree w/ cts about him hitting a gutterball on the turn. I also think he is full a decent % of the time too

Are you suggesting that we should check behind on the river? What noose bleed stakes are you playing? I valuebet this like 100% expecting to get a call from something worse a large portion of the time.
In this spot when he C/R you, I would probably fold, if I didn't know he was capable of doing this with alot more then the nuts.

Hand number 2 I probably call. I would expect him to C/R here with his value betting hands (or on the turn). The only hand better then yours, that I can see him doing this with is a hand including a 2. But it would have been a really loose flop and turn call if he didn't have a combo draw (like Xc2c) but i think he would have felted that on the flop. So I guess I call...
