100% cheated...there was definitely an intention to strike the ball...he's made that same move on multiple holes that day already, NONE of which did he put his putter down first, THEN hit it...that's DQ material there. He should've just manned up and took the extra stroke JUST in case...who'd want to get DQ'd over ONE stroke in such a huge tourny???!
