Default $400NL. AQs OOP. River decision.

I don't have stats on villain as PAHud is not working properly. From what I recall hes nitty. Something like 14/11/2.5 if I recall correctly.

Party Poker
No Limit Hold'em Cash Game
$2/$4 Blinds
6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $672.50
BB: $388.00
UTG: $596.60
MP: $899.60
CO: $637.70
BTN: $453.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">MP raises to $14.00</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls $12.00, BB folds

Flop: ($32) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">MP bets $22.00</font>, Hero calls $22.00

Turn: ($76) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, MP checks

River: ($76) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $54.00</font>, <font color="red">MP raises to $176.00</font>, Hero...?!?!

How was this played so far? Whats his range here? What do I do on the river?

If this is the way I am going to play AQs preflop, I checkraise this flop for sure, you could easily have flopped a set with the way you played it preflop.

What's your image? Does he think you allways raise good draws on the flop?

If villain is good and your image is aggro he can bluff raise the river. But his stats indicate he isn't that creative so since you only beat a bluff I fold to the river raise.

Also I think c/ring this flop is very very bad.

River bet is good, c/c is pretty weak. Fold to the raise though most likely, although it's tough to put him on a hand.
