NL25 6max: AK pf very weird spot
This is such a weird hand. I had no stats yet on villains and the games were uber-loose last night.
Hero is in the SB with full stack and AKo. Button has $30. PreFlop. * EP and MP limp. * Button raises to $0.85. * Hero 3bets out of the SB to $3.00 * EP and MP cold call the threebet!?!?! * Button Pushes $30 Hero ... I actually folded thinking that a lot of my outs were probably in other peoples hands. I also folded because I was thinking that with two people left to act, AKo is not going to hold up multiway. Thoughts? +EV |

I don't think you're ahead here so holding up isn't really your main concern. Stacking off multiway with AK preflop doesn't have much +EV. Stacking off AK at all preflop is -EV unless you have some kind of read.

But with the possibility of it being 4 way, that is what I am not sure about. AK makes the majority of its $$$ in the early streets and most times you are better off getting it all in PF (NLHTP). In the later streets it looses value because people get a chance to outdraw your top pair. Anyone find a problem with the fold to the 4bet? I kept hearing Phil gorden in my head saying "4 bet means AA." I have the LGB audio cd's. +EV |

Re: NL25 6max: AK pf very weird spot
Given the games are loose, I just get the money in here. Villain #1's range is bigger than just KK+, and if both guys behind you want to put their full stacks in with their crappy pocket pairs/AQ, so much the better for your pot odds. If the players were a little smarter or I had reads that they're not doing this with garbage, I can find a fold.
