Total Noob Question, please help a 2p2 out... Full Tilt Deposit ?

Sorry, I know this is ridiculously newbish.

My question is what is the cheapest way to get money on full tilt and still qualify for their 600 dollar sign up deposit? I was thinking of buying money off of my friend, creating an epassaporte account so i could cashout to that and then use that to fund the FT account. Does anyone know if epassaporte charges a fee for that? Also, I already created a full tilt account awhile ago but never did anything with it. Do I need to create a new account to get 27% rakeback?
