Default TP2K with Khigh FD

Villain is a decent, thinking player who views me the same. He plays mostly tournaments but I think folds overpairs here most of the time. We haven't been playing long but played one decent sized pot where i had K8, cbet the dry 8 high flop, called a c/r, called the blank turn, he checked to me i bet 3/4 pot and he called with bottom pair or something. We have only played tournaments together prior to this I think where we were both aggro.

your hand looks a lot like what it is, so unless he was floating he is calling here.
