Mike Caro's new book: Master Omaha and Holdem Poker

I see this book should be coming out soon or should be out now. Does anyone have it yet? I found some sellers on the internet that say they are shipping it.

I was wondering if this book is about Limit Holdem or NL and is the Omaha part on Limit Omaha or Pot Limit and is it about O8 or Omaha High?

Its still in pre-release mode on Amazon and they are charging full price plus a sourcing fee? What the heck is a sourcing fee? Is that like when a new car dealer marks up a hot car over sticker?

Amazon says that it will be published in Mid July, but nobody knows...

I first ordered this with Amazon around 2 years ago. Obviously I have long since cancelled the order, but I think this will give you some indication as to when the book is going to be released [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img] lol

That's not as good as Professional Hold'em : Play by Play

Release date went from May 30, 2006 to currently unavailable. Once it said it had a used copy available [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] It was one copy by a "seller" for like $108. No wonder it was so valuable , Mike (ProfessionalPoker Mike) never showed it ( I have bought a few books from ProPker). So a couple times previously out of curiosity I went to Caro's page, and He wasn't even selling it. A valubable book indeed. Only one copy released.

While I'm not 100 percent sure, I believe this is the same book as Poker for the Millenium by Mike Caro and Mike Capelletti except that it is now with a different publisher and has been given a new title. If I'm right, I gave the book a rating of 2 on my 1 to 10 scale where 10 is the best and 1 is not very good.

We just got it in. I didn't see the version Mason is referring to so I cant tell if it is the same.
