Bought this one today:

Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro

It's insanely good (and that's coming from a radical audiophile).

I payed 189 euro for it, but you can find it cheaper on the internet.

[/ QUOTE ]

Nice. Seems really expensive for those though. Just checking on amazon I see them for $228. Do you own any other headphones/amps? I own audio technica ad2000s and shure e500s and love them both but I don't really know that much besides reading other peoples reviews. Haven't bothered getting an amp yet. You should post in the edf headphone thread if you know a bunch.

[/ QUOTE ]

If you click through a couple times then you don't find these headphones for that price at that shop, actually you don't find them at all at that shop.

Anyway,

I post in that thread after shopping.

So I've been running pretty badly and making what seem to be some big mistakes. Here are my stats from today. I've tightened up some preflop and am winning more than my share of the pots that I enter, but am stacking off in what are turning out to be really bad spots. Today I got stacked three times, are these all horrible?

First villain is an unknown, I just lost the previous pot and didn't have a chance to reload.

Hand 1 seems okay. Hand 2, from what I've seen moneyymakerr is an uncreative nit, so I would've folded to that but if you have different history it may be okay (I still fold even if he bluffs sometimes there). Hand 3, you only beat a bluff or TT.. I dunno, you're really over-repping your hand.

hand 1 is fine, 2 id fold. the 3rd hand i play the same way vs him, maybe very occasionally calling and check/calling all in on almost any turn.

1 is ok, but this is always going to be marginal

2 is probably bad, not a good board to do it on

3 is fine

Hand 3 is fine. I would probably play hand 1 the same if villain was a reg. But hand 2 is a clear fold against moneyymakerr. I don't think I have ever seen him raise postflop and not have a huge hand.
