Default $55 PP Speed - TT with 16BB

PartyPoker $55 Speed Tournament, Big Blind is t200 (7 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

UTG (t1880)
UTG+1 (t930)
MP1 (t6220)
CO (t1560)
Button (t2190)
Hero (t3250)
BB (t3970)

Preflop: Hero is in SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
MP1 calls t200, Hero calls t100 (???), BB raises to t400, MP1 calls t400, Hero ?????

I really had no idea where I was going with any of this at any stage. Is it too weak-tight with TT to fold? Should I call? Should I push?

Should I have raised when the action got to me the first time round?

I would have raised it the first time. As played, I'm calling the mini raise.

I like pushing here, is that too aggressive?
