$33s - Push over small stack all-in, big blinds?
I hardly post a hand here. I probably should post more. Comments?
PartyPoker $33 Speed Tournament, Big Blind is t1200 with t50 antes (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com CO (t1230) Hero (t10378) SB (t3238) BB (t5154) Preflop: Hero is in Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] CO Pushes (all-in 1230) Hero Pushes (?) SNGPT won't work 'cause of ultra short stack, and 'cause i'm really pushing, not calling. My first tournament with villain, not much data. Has a VPIP of 28% over the whole tournament, with VPIP of 30% at this blind level, and 41% at the previous blind level. Small Blind has VPIP of 12.99% over the whole tournament; Big Blind has VPIP of 24% over the whole tournament. I push 'cause I figure I'm getting over 3:1 - other opponents seem to know not to call me as the big stack. (P.S. How do I use PT to find out the VPIP of a player when there are 4 players remaining? Obviously PAHUD can do it in game, but what about afterwards? It's easy to see VPIP by blind size, but there's not enough data there for it to be worthwhile) |

You have no problems with keeping the bubble alive if you lose so yep, push.

Re: $33s - Push over small stack all-in, big blinds?
I like it. You want to get it HU so you need to raise SB and BB out. You have them covered, so you won't be busted. Since the blinds are so high, a meaningfull raise would leave you crippled and commited anyway if called so I think it's right to buy all 5 cards at once. And it's the bubble, so they prolly won't call you.
