Re: NL100 | Finding The Edges Of Baluga
that said, if I did call the turn and he checked the river, Id check back, and if he bet, I might call might fold depending on size.

Re: NL100 | Finding The Edges Of Baluga
I think it is pretty clearly a fold/push sort of decision. Calling has given away all of the leverage and initiative.
That said, I really don't think you beat much here. He didn't pick up any additional draws that he is semi bluffing with here. |

Re: NL100 | Finding The Edges Of Baluga
I could see JT playing SB's line a lot if he wasn't playing 100%

Re: NL100 | Finding The Edges Of Baluga
Maybe JhTh. That isn't much to hang your hat on if you are planning on calling or raising.
Looking at the river, it's highly likely that he doesn't have JT. If SB checks, it reads a bit like KQ where he is now looking to check/call on the chance that you had JT or AK and letting you bet your busted flush or lesser 2 pair. Either way, I'm not sure how you can put any more money into the pot. You really don't beat anything except a bluff. |

Re: NL100 | Finding The Edges Of Baluga
Can someone tell me why a turn push is bad? Or is it so obviously bad that people are too embarrased to tell me? I feel like combo draws/pair + draw are a decent part of his range here?
