Default RSS in New Software?

I know this has been asked in the past, but I don't see any threads relative to this in the past week. So I thought I'd ping the issue now.

Could you please consider RSS capability in the next site upgrade?

You have a free RSS reader somewhere (like your custom google homepage or a small desktop application) and it will show you any new posts in the specific forums you're subscribed to.

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a common format for publishing what's new on your site.

So sites can publish RSS information, and individual users can subscribe to RSS from numerous sites.

Then those users can see in one place the "headlines" for new stuff on all their favorite sites, and jump to the full article from there.
