Ok, villain appears to be a pretty decent player. We've been playing together for about an hour and have never seen a turn together. Folding to flop bets was as far as we got. His numbers are 23.5/13/1.8 with an 82% fold to steal raise over 100 hands.

If he 3bets the flop or c/r the turn I would toss it

I don't know if the monochrome flop is any worse than a total rainbow flop. It would greatly increase his range I think. Hmm, I'm not sure, it's hurting my brain to think about it though.
