WOW how incompetent can one dept be ??

I already have taken delivery of my order, infact it arrived the day you
told me I didnt have enough action points to make the purchase I was
requesting. Quite possibly the only time in all my dealings with Victor
Chandlers support or management systems I have had cause for laughter.

Are you not able to carry out any part of your job efficeiently ? Why with
you guys must the client make all of the running, to aid and assist you ?

If it is not already in place, I advise you to implement a statement
function for the action points, so that the 'monkeys of Gibralter' AKA
Victor Chandler support staff, might be able to get themselves a clue and
deal with enquireies and orders in an efficient manner.

Thankfuly, I am no longer a customer of yours, for if I was, your
incompetance would grate on me moreso than it currently does.
