Re: Barcelona/London plans (for those travelling the EPT this fall)
stars responded, apparently they charge current exchange rate value, which they said is $W12555 for 9100 euros right now. google says it's 12482, but whatever.

[/ QUOTE ] I go by what XE says at the time of the mail. It's saying W$12523 right now - I just let people take whatever I originally quoted, or the current rate if it's a better deal for them. |

Re: Barcelona/London plans (for those travelling the EPT this fall)
Sciolist what can stars do for me since I am going to be doing both EPT Barcelona and WCP at the same time and both packages will be through them is there a way to simplify it or just treat the 2 as completely separate.

[/ QUOTE ] To be honest, I'm not sure. I'm not involved in the WCP really, so you'd be best off mailing them. I don't think there's any overlap in the accommodation. Are you in the Hotel AB Skipper? The chances are that when you turn up for Barcelona, you'll be able to get them to merge the two bookings so that you don't have to change room half way through. |

hey guys: if ya'll haven't thought about it yet, I'm guessing it might be a good idea to take some nice clothes/ shoes to these events, just in case. Especially shoes, right Ray?

Re: Barcelona/London plans (for those travelling the EPT this fall)
blah I was hoping they'd allow tennis shoes cause the ept website doesn't say anything about it, but I looked at the casino website and they have:
* Ropa y calzado para hacer deporte which according to freetranslation means clothes and footwear to do sports, so probably tennis shoes. I'm packing super light cause I'm doing some hiking in greece beforehand, so I might have to buy some there |

I wasn't quite sure what you were saying Funkii, so I looked it up, too.
<u>Barcelona</u> Casino dress code: smart casual (no shorts, sandals, sportswear or beach clothes, ripped jeans). <u>London</u> Dress code: Smart casual - no trainers, no ripped jeans, no sports wear, no T-shirts (collared shirts only) |

I saw that, I meant they didn't say anything specific about tennis shoes, but the spanish I think is more specific (I wouldn't have assumed sportswear includes tennis shoes)

to state the obvious - pretty sure sportswear means no tennis shoes. Also trainers = tennis shoes and smart casual usually means no tennis shoes.
