Default Re: 88 vs 2 limpers 3 calls

[ QUOTE ]
Like Oink said in another post of mine, I think I have some big flaws in my game. Most of the time I want to keep going in a hand I'm told to fold and when I seem to be looking for folds everyone else is looking for calls or raises!

It's normal to have flaws when you play 0.25/0.5, but folding more is not a solution. You have to analyse the hands where you are not sure. In this hand you have 2 outs for a set and 1-1.5 outs with the backdoors imo with slightly positive implied odds. Moreover you have the best hand quite often, so you can't fold.

Raising is not bad imo against a lp, the lp donk often a made hand. So if he 3 bet you are quite sure you are behind (fd is possible but unlikely imo), so you can make a good fold on the turn in this case. Moreover it is a good thing if the pot becomes HU.
