Default Beat: Can\'t log into stars
Stars just randomly started asking me for a Secure ID when I log in. I have no clue what this means, and I cant log in =(

REINSTALL. immediately change you password when you get in


...might have been a virus (keylogger thing)

Uh, yeah....that doesn't look like anything pokerstars would do. I smell a rat. Reinstall, run some virus/other crap software.

no I tried logging in and it said, "no secure Id blah blah blah...would you like us to email it to you?" SO i say sure, email it to me.. This is my response.

Dear PokerStars player,

Your secure ID is
Please contact support@pokerstars.com if you need assistance.

WTF?!

So i leave the slot blank now and it miraculously works and I can log in. It's still really shady and weird tho.

My only guess is that after the skipolo situation they are trying to prevent similar occurances. Only weird thing is that I never chose my secure Id or anything. FWIW I play 3/6 not super high, but decent.
