I C/R the flop, he 3bet and i capped it.

Bet on the river. You're guaranteed at least a call and if he's that much of a maniac, he'll raise you.

If you check, you risk having him check behind. If he bets and you check-raise, he might just call since your check-raise shows a lot of strength. Betting is your best shot at getting four bets on the river.
