Mobile Home Vs Rented Apartment

Hi. I am really fed up paying rent for a small apartment every month. I think the rent can pay up the loan if I get one to buy a Mobile / Manufactured home. Can someone give me an idea about such mortgage lenders please?!

With the melt down in sub-prime lending you options are limited. My advise would be to buy a "real" home. Rates are much lower, re-sale is much better and you have a great chance for appreciation.

If you are dead set on a something like that, the builders usually have a lending source.
