I agree with Profish the check raise is so strong but he could also be doing that with AK or AQ or in this case QQ or even the other two aces. Out of the four really possible hands we beat 2 and tie the other. Honestly I shove here all day.

I would bet more on the flop, if you get called by MP3 with that bet size MP2 can tag along correctly with J9 KJ (which it looks like he could have with his expert limp, call 3bet OOP preflop line). Like profish said, stack off here, MP3 isnt getting good enough odds preflop unless he's sure he can get both you and MP2 to stack off, which is unlikely.

I have yet to see players min/cr into 2 people with a draw (KJ or AK) or TP hand into a rr pot preflop with 0.3 aggression postflop.

Play more hands then. To think that even passive players wont become aggro with tptk and overpairs is ridiculous.

How many hands you had on the villain? Its allways a good idea to post the stats together with the nš of hands.

And I agree w the guy who said hes yet to see a guy c/minr w something worse than 2 pair into 2 people w and AF of 0.3.

I have played enough hands to know my statement has merit. checkminraising into 2 people from a passive player in a rr pot preflop, is a big sign of strenght. And we are deep on top of that. What more do we need to fold? Lets also not forget the player that called 2 raises preflop and then our bet on the flop. Are we trapped? There is a slight chance.

Lol okay if thats what you think so be it. You are completely ignoring the idea of ranges in relation to pot odds.
