I've seen 75/35's do this with 88-10's, and AQs too.

Oh, so have I. But UTG I narrow it somewhat. What I posted was worse case scenario.

UTG is very deep and very aggro and enjoying his stack pushing everyone around. Easy push.

I see all kinds of pocket pairs doing this, and am not really thinking about a 70/35ers positional awareness too much to care that he is UTG.

I don't think a 75/35 has any clue whatsoever about the advantages of position.

I would push, against a 75/30 I don't fold QQ pf without divine intervention.

How "good" should his stats be to consider folding/calling with this hand in this situation?
