Default Bottom set facing tons of action

Full Tilt Poker, $2/$4 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG: $330.10
Hero (CO): $590
BTN: $156
SB: $402
BB: $396.50

Pre-Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $14</font>, Hero calls $14, 2 folds, BB calls $10

Flop: ($44) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">UTG bets $26</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $75</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $216</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $316.10 and is All-In</font>,

Both players seem relatively tight, have done nothing so far to make me think they are very wild. how deep do you have to be to fold here?

pretty deep...at least 200bb to even think about folding...there are a ton of draws out there, and i think J10 is more likely than JJ or 1010, at least for BB (assuming he would squeeze there at least a decent amount of the time with those hands)

I am def. not folding for 150bb though

Stacks are too shallow to fold this, but I wouldn't love getting it in either. Just one of those hands where you shrug your shoulders and stick the money in.

I don't "love" getting it in, since we're behind a decent amount. I'd get it in because I think it's +EV though. I define "love" in this case as expecting to be ahead a vast majority of the time, I don't think that's the case here.
