nobody seems to bluff in that river spot because they know they are gonna get looked up light after they check turn.

Well by betting we completely eliminate that possibility, and only get money from hands that aren't air, which is -EV....check call (or get facny and aiiii it)

You fold top pair good kicker in aggressive 5-10 games when there is a flush and straight draw on board?

I think betting is fairly clearly better. An unknown is pretty likely to check down some worse T hands (maybe not on FTP or Stars, but from what I hear Crypto is pretty nitty), and also less likely to play T9 like this and not get away.
This line does not look like a bluff at all IMO, so if he is good he should get away a lot when beat.
Against a good regular I think checking has a lot more merit, basically because betting loses value and because he is more likely to valuebet for you.

I'd reraise flop here pretty often BTW.

given how thin people raise and bet the river these days, it seems like this guy has T8-AT a good amount here, and i dont think he wants to fold. i think our hand is rarely beat here, and even if he does have a draw or bluff i think that raising is better because it tells him we are going to be raising a lot and makes us harder to play.
