Oh...Hrm...Anybody know the name of the other song? It's the song that starts playing in the trailer right when she pulls the two guns from behind her back. [/ QUOTE ] If you're talking about the song from the Matrix, it's "Clubbed to Death" by Rob D. |

Re: Ultraviolet
I didn't see Aeon Flux, but I can imagine. It's like...one of the worst movies I've ever seen in a movie theatre. I don't know how Wimmer goes from Equilibrium to this. And Equilibrium wasn't spectacular by any means, but jeesuuuuus. The dialogue is complete [censored], the acting is complete [censored], and there's only one decent-good action sequence, and they almost manage to [censored] that up too. At some points, instead of showing a fight, they just cut ahead to whatever is waiting for her next, and then she arrives, unscathed. Meanwhile, the story elements just drag on and on.
Ugh...it's bad. And the closest we ever get to seeing that these people are vampires is when they try to rob a blood bank in the very beginning of the movie. That and a little quip about light sensitivity. Anyway, it's really bad, I wouldn't recommend seeing it. Goddamn my optimism. |

No, I mean the one where the chick sings. It's called "24" by Jem. [/ QUOTE ] Isn't Jem that old 80's cartoon about the chick rock star band? |

Re: Ultraviolet

[ QUOTE ] This looks like a trashier version of Aeon Flux. [/ QUOTE ] With a less hot lead... [/ QUOTE ] I first read this as 'lot less head'. Then I read it as 'less hot lead' - as in the element, lead, heated up. Then I figured it out. Mom says the other kids at school are just jealous because they don't get to do "special reading time" like I do, all by myself, next to the teacher's desk. |
