Having problems requesting sng summaries from Stars

Anyone else have this problem? I request a summary and nothing happens. I tried today and late last night when there wasn't much traffic on Stars.

Sometimes it's fast sometimes it's slow.

If it's slow just request them another time. You can do up to 200 at once.
