Default Folding loosers in big pots

Hi all!
I hope I can find some solutions to my problem here.
Sorry in advance for my english.
So here it is - I have problems with folding in big pots when I know I'm beat and I have a pretty good hand.
Just two examples from today session:
Hand 1:
some donk minraises, I 3bet with JJ, he calls. Flop comes KQT, he checks, I check behind. The turn is A giving me the str8. He checks, I bet 3/4 pot. He calls. River Q I bet 1/2 pot and here he checkraises me 3x. I beat nothing, I still pay from frustration and loose to AQ.
Hand 2:
Some tight player openminraises OTB, I call QJo in SB. Some fish calls on bb but that doesnt matter. Flop comes QJT, I lead 3/4 pot, only initial raiser calls. Turn brings some rag, I bet 3/4 pot, he calls. River is a 8, I check he bets pot. I'm like wtf no way he has a 9 here, still I'm pretty sure I'm beat but I call again anyway and loose to Q9.
I've spoken about these hands to some players and they all say fold obv...

Worst thing it makes me tilt! I'm never going on tilt when I take a badbeat or a cooler, I go on tilt when I play bad! Each time I make a horrible play I go on some kind of monkey tilt and can do nothing about it, so I must stop my session.
These kind of plays make me a just marginal winner, when I could easily beat my limit for much more BB/100 then I do..

Any advices?
Thanks in advance

I play mostly nl50 and some nl100

edit : I'll try to explain it better. I've the impression I'm looking for excuses to make some big calls when I should have folded. I'm actually not bad at poker I know pretty well when I'm beat, the problem is I don't do what I should.
It's not the problem of being bluffed - if I fold and vilain shows a bluf I'm pretty happy with the information he gave me, make a note and go on.
I rather don't like not to know what he had and whether I played it good or not... Sometimes I just tell myself "OK, I know he rivered me here, so I call to see that I'm right and my read was good" - that's actually the problem [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

ok, one more today.
I'm having a pretty bad run of cards and I'm down 2bi allready. And here comes this [censored]:

** Game ID 1453259015 starting - 2007-06-20 20:35:59
** Flensburg [Hold 'em] (0.25|0.50 No Limit - Cash Game) Real Money

- Sutsku sitting in seat 1 with $48.95
- shavilman sitting in seat 2 with $108.42
- Gungam sitting in seat 3 with $50.00
- mikthig sitting in seat 4 with $27.42
- d_clubs sitting in seat 5 with $47.50 [Dealer]
- robinghood sitting in seat 6 with $33.70

robinghood posted the small blind - $0.25
Sutsku posted the big blind - $0.50
** Dealing card to Gungam: Qc, Qd
shavilman called - $0.50
Gungam raised - $2.50
mikthig folded
d_clubs folded
robinghood folded
Sutsku folded
shavilman called - $2.50

** Dealing the flop: Ts, Qs, 5d - like wow, nuts, isnt it nice???
shavilman bet - $2.87
Gungam raised - $7.00
shavilman called - $7.00

** Dealing the turn: Kc
shavilman checked
Gungam bet - $14.00
shavilman called - $14.00

** Dealing the river: 9c

Typically the situation I'm unable to fold. He pushes, I call with 3:1 and my top set and he shows Js5s obv
I'm getting sick with this.

Realize that you got half your money in good, and half your money in bad, thus making this a neutral EV hand. However, villain is going to make this flush much less often than half the time so in the longrun this is +EV.

FWIW you played it fine (though raise a little more on, flop), and only fold this river if villain is super passive, if ever.
