Villian was shortstacking few rounds earlier and built up, but is not really the donk at the table and hasnt done anything too spectacular, my image is fairly LAGGY esp preflop... most all draws got there but its a blind battle vs semidonk w trips, my river play? How often would you lead turn here and then what?

obv i instacalled, but then was less sure it was so clearcut later. Someone who said 'easy call' care to extrapolate their hand ranges for villian here?
