Default 3 bet, cold call or fold ?

seems like a standard hand but i wanted to know what would be your most standard play in this situation and why ? and in what order would you 3bet, cc, or fold ? btw sorry for no hand convertor, i dont have any hand histories cause im on a school computer.

2/4 NL
utg 30/24/2 raises to 14
next player 30/12/2.5 cold calls
fold, and you on the button ?

edit- im high and forgot to say, your hand is KJs.

3 bets if you like variance.
Don't like the CC, especially if the blinds squeeze a lot.
Fold looks solid here, that's an UTG raiseur.

You can't 3 bet for value, but to take the control of the hand and to win the dead money. If you are called by UTG, you're probably dominated.

So, fold > 3 bets > CC

I think 3-betting is kind of a waste cuz we hit a hand so often, why not see a flop. I would be more likely to 3-bet (or else fold) if it was offsuit.

There is no cold call. UTG is LAG so I don't mind squeeze here. Call is good too.
