Default mid pair vs shorty

Home game .25/.50 blinds

Villain has been a big nit preflop, but seems to be a bit of a station post-flop. In general a bad player.

He's down to about $8, I cover with $40 or so.

Hero is dealt: K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in the SB

Preflop:
MP limps, villain limps, hero completes (meh), BB checks

Flop: ($2) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero bets $2
villain calls $2 (rest fold)

Turn: ($6) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero checks (?)
Villain shoves his last $6 in
Hero?

Do you call here getting 2:1?

Is this more likely a limped KQ/QJ or is this 98,87,etc often enough to call?

Damn short stacks.

Villain also seemed pretty reluctant to get in any big pots all night long.

Here's my list of pros and cons:

FOR CALLING:
- getting 2:1
- if he has an 8, I'm probably outkicking him
- it's the end of the night - 1:30AM, he may just want to go home
- no preflop raise means AQ is less likely

AGAINST CALLING
- he called the flop and then lead into me
- he's been playing fairly nitty all night long

Please fold 8 a8, queen hands like 3x11 ( we wont count the 8 since u paired it)x4 122 hands right there

This adds up to about 130 hands that beats your not even including sets or two pairs man. Please fold.

In this spot I really "felt" like I was beat - but couldn't see folding against someone so short.

Anyone else in favor of folding?
