Every time I read one of these threads I am so conflicted. On the one hand I believe in paying your debts to the fullest of you abilities, but on the other, neteller knew they would be pulling out and didn't have a plan put in place to return your money.

Additionally, I'm sure neteller won't be paying interest on the money they have held, which is stealing in my opinion. Also, many people were counting on that money to satisfy other obligations such as bills and rent.

If I were you I would tell them that you will send them a check but only after they have sent a check totaling $3,000 to someone you specify who is waiting for cashout. They will obviously say no and you will keep the $3,000, but at least you will rest assured knowing you stole from a fellow thief.

The same thing happened to me, but only for -$600.

They've only sent me one e-mail though. I knew I should have tried instacashing all my savings.
