Default NL50 simple turn question

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 9 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $84.65
BB: $86.90
UTG: $45.90
UTG+1: $15.60
MP1: $34.15
Hero (MP2): $49.00
MP3: $59.05
CO: $77.05
BTN: $21.50

No real reads on anyone. I figure button to be retarded for the miniraise and maybe BB to be a little loose/passive for the cold call.

Preflop: Hero is dealt 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (9 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.75</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $3.00</font>, SB folds, BB calls $2.50, Hero calls $1.25

Flop: ($9.25) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($9.25) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, Hero??

I'm trying to find better spots to take down pots and am wondering if it's plus EV to make this bet. Button is representing two overs with the flop check and I'm probably good against BB after he checks a drawy board like this twice. What do you guys think?

After button minraises, call and c/f unless you hit a set.
