Default Hypothetical Short-Handed Stud/8 Third Street Scenario

You're playing four-handed. An aggressive but not stupid player showing a four has the only low card showing and completes the bring-in, as he usually does when he has the only low card out there. You have a king showing. The other two players have a ten and a jack, respectively.

What are your thoughts on playable hands in the following scenarios:

You are first to act after the bring-in.
You are last to act and the other two players have folded.
It's the final table of a tournament and you all have 5-9BB left in either of the above situations.
