Default Restealing in the BB

I've been experimenting w/ this play lately and I found it to work quite well on an uncoordinated A or K high flop against TAG open-raisers in the SB. Since this could just be variance... is this a good play to make every so often? And will I fold to a 3-bet always?

Against a TAG, unless he's seen me fastplay made hands in this situation, I'd rather call the flop and take it from him if he checks the turn.
