Default A very special Stars 3r hand

Shortly after the rebuy period, literally the 1st hand after I was moved to the table. UTG is the tournament chip leader:

Poker Stars
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t100/t200
8 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: t51375
UTG+1: t8665
Hero: t15440
MP2: t24140
CO: t17050
Button: t11281
SB: t1770
BB: t13905

Pre-flop: (8 players) Hero is MP1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG raises to t3000, UTG+1 calls t3000.

What are your best guesses as to hand ranges?

That's a huge bet to call, considering the blinds are 100 and 200. I'd certainly fold, as you know nothing about his raising standards, or how he plays, yet.

I love a shove here as UTG folds often and UTG+1 is commited and prob never has a better hand i.e QQ+ or AK since he would have just shoved all of the PF since hes a donk in the 3R as they all are.

When have you ever seen a hand where you haven't loved a shove. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

FYI, UTG had J9s and UTG+1 had KQo.

Merry Christmas, everyone.

um.... you have 15k, and UTG raised 15bb with 51k?

Deeb, youve got TLB status, but please explain the all in move here? how is that a better play than folding and waiting for a better situation down the road?
