i would recommend 'to kill a hooker' / 'one less bitch' by n.w.a. until someone comes through with the ebook for you.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. My favorite line was "Despite having dispatched with nearly two dozen ladies of the night, I have yet to find one with a heart of gold."
