Default 3/6: Set fold :(

I'm compressing PT db and that takes forever so I don't have HH. Should be pretty accurate anyway.

Eff stacks: 700

I raise TT to 21 UTG
Decent 21/14/3.8 calls in MP
Rest folds.

Flop(51): 9TQ rainbow

I bet 40
He calls

Turn(131): 7 completing the rainbow

I bet 100
He calls

River(330): A

I bet 225
He goes all in for 315 more
I fold

Huh? I assume you still fold on a blank river because KJ is still the nuts unless you are thinking he can CC AA pf and play it in this manner (which seems a stretch) I'd also assume KJ raises on the flop/turn.

This looks lots like AQ.

I turbo call this.

What are you putting him on? There is no way he slowplays a set on that flop. No draws missed. And I seriously doubt he would push AQ in that spot. I either have air(very rarely) or a monster.

Lets say he pushes 5 combos of AQ which is more than half and way too generous IMO. There's still 32 straight making combos out. Against that range we have 15% equity. We're getting like 3.5-1.

You're obv putting him on a wider range but I honestly can't see what that is.

So do you fold a brick river? He shouldn't have J8 or anything. You expect KJ to NOT be raised anywhere but always expect him to raise a set? This seems a little contradictory.

He could even be bluffing the A with QJ or somesuch.

Yes, the A does if anything make me more inclined to call. I do believe a straight is way more likely to slowplay the flop than a set but I get your point.

Also, I screwed up my calculations. He obv can't have J8o, but suited is in there.

Dunno, at the table I was like. Yeah, b/f river is great. The more I think about it the closer it gets. But my fold is mainly just a feeling that I can't see him doing this for value with worse ever. Guess that makes justifying it with PokerStove pretty dumb.

Wow, this post was incoherent

If he raises AA, KJ and AQ on this river it's an easy call. You really think he only raises the nuts and AA?
