reread the info on bonuswhores, this bonus will not show up in pending bonuses and is credited manually. if in doubt contact live support cos they can see if you entered a code correctly or not....when I signed up one of them contacted me via a popup to talk me through depositing and to tell me about the depositing freerolls etc.

No. If you want to get RB at a site, you need to sign up through a rakeback affiliate right from the beginning...once you've signed up through a non-RB affiliate, you're out of luck.

Not unless a RB affiliate offers this bonus as well, which seems HIGHLY unlikely.
