Default I need a plan...

Villain is 40/19/3.3 and awful. I fully expect him to raise me if I bet this flop, or at least, I think it is highly likely.

Whats the play?

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $92.50
BB: $93.90
UTG: $231.47
BTN: $156.31

Preflop: Hero is dealt J J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG folds, BTN raises to $4.00, Hero raises to $13.00, BB folds, BTN calls $9.00

Flop: ($27) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)

The board has 2 overcards and a possible straight. You are losing to a TON of hands. You also think he will raise any bet you make on the flop. Start putting the pieces together my man.

Once you have solved that part, take into consideration your stack size. You have ~$80 left on the flop with a $27 pot. Any bet by you will leave you with less then a PSB if called/raised. Crap spot. Ideally you would like to get all your money in on one move not two. To do this a c/r is the way to go if you want to continue. Making him call off here is far better then the other way seeing as how the FE in this hand for either of you is minimal but minimal is still better then zero.

Also notice how if he is behind, he is drawing to 3 outs at best and most likely 2 puts so having the flop get checked through is not a bad thing at all. If it doesn't get checked through though, you need to make your decision right there.
