Your read is that the floats a lot of flops and makes big bluffs. In this hand he floats you on the flop, and then bets big when you check the turn...looks like you trapped him fine to me. All in on turn?

You definitely want to get it all in against this villain. Unless you are very confident villain bets the turn I lead the turn, because if he checks behind it will be very hard to get all in on the river. And if he decides to check behind and a 4th club hits the river.. eek..

Shove turn here sounds good.

Anybody like a call, and then check-call any river except a club? Villain has almost 100BB left after turn bet; in his mind, he may still have a credible bluff left to fire. I know this sounds odd but somebody tell me what's wrong with it.

I am assuming that villain's range here is almost entirely polarized between air (like single clubs with no pair or bottom pair or red KJ or worse; hands that he knows are no good, will not call a turn push with, and will continue to know are no good on the river unless he hits a <18% shot; and that these hands are presumably a big enough part of his range that ppl think a turn c/r ai for 100 more BB is +EV) and hands that have us drawing to four outs. I suppose every once in a while he shows up with AK or a worse two-pair or a big combo draw that will call the turn but I think this is pretty much WA/WB and villain plays pretty perfectly against our push. I see the river being an opportunity for villain to make another big mistake, but maybe it's not worth the risk? One obvious prob is that 18% of the time we might get bluffed out and some small other percentage he will catch a non-flush hand that beats us.

If this were 100BB deep I wouldn't consider it fwiw since villain would call turn with a lot more worse hands probably.

That works too if you are willing to accept more variance. Plus if a club hits you may have to call some percentage of time to make the play profitable.

Personally, I'm happy to take it down on the turn.
