Not to be a nit, but i don't understand how these turn bets can be semi-bluffs. In both hands we have oesd. But the pots are so small that those outs aren't even enough to call a bet. So we just bluff.

How do you define a semi-bluff?

Semi-bluffing is when you have outs to call, but decide to bet or raise instead because it might take down the pot right there or on the next street, but if you get raised or things go down the toilet, you have outs to land on. That's what i've always thought it's all about.

Your definition is not the same as the standard definition. A semibluff has nothing to do with the pot size. Here's the TOP definition:

A semin-bluff is a bet with a hand which, if called, does not figure to be the best hand at the moment but has a reasonable chance of outdrawing those hands that initially called it.

So it's bluff, but it's a bluff with lots of outs.
