Default Some guy thinks I scammed him out of 2k

First before you read a couple of things. I'm sitting at a 10/20 NL HU table alone, while talking to 2p2er Ogre over AIM. He sits down at the table and we both sit out. I don't have player or observer chat on, and I don't even have the ability to chat on FTP. So this observer starts talking to Ogre and this is where their conversation occured. I've cut this conversation a bit and edited out the AIM screen names and phone numbers that aren't mine anyways...

Also I don't even have a Cake poker account, and I have never played this person on FTP. I have a database of 14k people who have played HU NL on FTP, and this guy isn't one of them. Also, the phone number and AIM screen name that PokerBabe31 posts aren't mine. So yeah, uh, what should I do about this? Should I email support and see what the deal is? I kind of feel bad for the guy. Oh yeah my FTP SN is Maf54, which is I swear I thought of first.

PokerBabe31 (Observer): you have got to be
kidding man
PokerBabe31 (Observer): atleast respond
PokerBabe31 (Observer): hey Ogre this guy
stole 2k from me
Ogre: how?
PokerBabe31 (Observer): we were doing a swap
on differnet sites
Ogre: yeah go on
PokerBabe31 (Observer): he was going to transfer
me 2k on here, and i transferred to him a cake
poker
Ogre: look i dont wanna hear your life
story
PokerBabe31 (Observer): for some reason he says
the transfer wont work on here, so we agreed for
him to western union it me
PokerBabe31 (Observer): and i got nothing
PokerBabe31 (Observer): and he acts like he cant
see my chat
Ogre: you got pozzed?
PokerBabe31 (Observer): yeah
PokerBabe31 (Observer): i'm an idiot
Ogre: ouch
PokerBabe31 (Observer): even talked to him over
the phone
Ogre: this story has interesting
implications
PokerBabe31 (Observer): yeah well i'm pretty
pissed
PokerBabe31 (Observer): obvously i got scammed,
otherwise he'd talk to me and tell me whats going
on
Ogre: hey pokerbabe
PokerBabe31 (Observer): yeah
Ogre: he doesnt have chat
Ogre: and he said he doesnt know you
PokerBabe31 (Observer): yeah right
Ogre: you want me to send you some
money so you can get rolling agin?
PokerBabe31 (Observer): i want my 2k from Maf
that he owes me
PokerBabe31 (Observer): he knows me
Ogre: whats his phone #
Ogre: then ill believe you
PokerBabe31 (Observer): 248231xxxx (Sponger- took out the #)
PokerBabe31 (Observer): called me from that
phone last nite
PokerBabe31 (Observer): where you talking to him
at
Ogre: how did you get in contact with
him if he cant chat
PokerBabe31 (Observer): we were playing on
cake poker yesterday
Ogre: your story has some holes
PokerBabe31 (Observer): he gave me his aim
screenname
Ogre: whats his AIM?
PokerBabe31 (Observer): xxxx (Sponger- took out the AIM)
Ogre: thats not him
Ogre (Observer): or is phone #
PokerBabe31 (Observer): well yesterday i sat
down with againt this guy
PokerBabe31 (Observer): and he started to dump
me chips
PokerBabe31 (Observer): cuz he owed me 2k,
was telling me his hands and everything
Ogre: his name was Maf54?
PokerBabe31 (Observer): got up about 200 bucks,
then we stopped cuz he was afraid full tilt would
catch on and his account would be frozen
PokerBabe31 (Observer): yes i saved the name
PokerBabe31 (Observer): put a note on him
PokerBabe31 (Observer): on cake poker we
exchanged screen names
Ogre: you know there was a story in
the news about the senator who was siliciting
young boys on AIM?
Ogre: and he resigned
PokerBabe31 (Observer): yeah how does this
have anythign to do with that
Ogre: the senator's AIM name was
Maf54
Ogre: the name is probably pretty
popular and different peopel use it on different sites
Ogre: this Maf54 isnt the same as the
one on cake
PokerBabe31 (Observer): the name on cake
wasnt Maf543
PokerBabe31 (Observer): i know it was on this site
cuz he started dumping me chips
Ogre: you are lying
Ogre: and you are probably trying to
scam or something i donno but you suck at
whatever you are doing pretty bad
PokerBabe31 (Observer): under this name, on his
aim sn, he said go to table anchor, 5/10 nl, and he
gave me about 200 dollars then we stopped as he
was afraid his account would get frozen
PokerBabe31 (Observer): you want me to send
you the email i got from cake poker, proving i sent
2K to the guy this guy gave me
Ogre: no
PokerBabe31 (Observer): k well dont tell me i'm a
scamming people
PokerBabe31 (Observer): i jsut want my moeny
that i've sent to this guy
PokerBabe31 (Observer): i'm not asking for it from
anyone else
Ogre: its not the same guy
PokerBabe31 (Observer): name them, i can easily
patch them up
Ogre: the area code that guys phone
# is doenst match with this guy's
PokerBabe31 (Observer): so this guy sat down
with me on this site, and dumped me chips is just a
coincidence
PokerBabe31 (Observer): i dont konw about that,
he coulda called from somoen elses phone
Ogre: do you want me to send you
some money so you can get back on your feet?
PokerBabe31 (Observer): this player as i was
talking to xxxx (Sponger- edited out AIM SN) online dumped me chips almost
200 dollars
PokerBabe31 (Observer): told me to raise and call,
so he could fol dme chips
PokerBabe31 (Observer): under this name
Ogre: yes or no
Ogre: or maybe put you in a sattelite?
PokerBabe31 (Observer): only if you take it from
maf54, he stole 2k from me

Some guy comes to the tables and claims I scammed him out of 2k doing some sort of transfer/chip dump from FTP-Cake Poker even though he has the wrong AIM screen name and phone number, and I don't have a Cake poker account or the ability to chat on FTP, and I've never playing with him before on FTP or seen his SN in my datamining.

If you still played 25NL and made like $0.08/hour you wouldn't have to worry about this stuff.

I wouldnt worry about it man, it is kinda weird but you honestly never even came across this guy and dont have a Cake account, either way you arent close to culpable, sucks if he got ripped off but you didnt have anything to do with it. Still weird though.
