I just came back from vacation and saw nucharge no longer on bodog. I have about 5.5k stuck on nucharge. If they dont pay us. Is there any legal action that we can take?

Just tried to login to my account and was blocked. I requested a new pw, and after 30" it had not arrived at my e-mail. I requested a second new pw and this time I got it and logged in successfully.

I guess I've had that old pw too long and they wanted me to change it so I wouldn't get ripped off by someone.

same problem with login and have 13k locked in nucharge. I had a 2 month old echeck withdraw "reversed". Wow their customer service is annoying and unhelpful.

It is my opinion that Bodog is very much at fault for all these problems. They may very well have made an agreement with Nucharge in good faith, believing everything was all right with that company. But the problems have gone on long enough. All the other major players in the game use ePassporte. The fact that Bodog continues to NOT use ePassporte is evidence enough for me that they are not being sincere when they say they want to resolve these issues.

The same thing happened to me. I tried to login and they said my account was no longer valid. Talk about panic setting in. I requested new password and was able to access my account. It's like the reset everyone's account for some reason...talk about almost having a heart attack...HA!

ePass will never work with a site that has a sportsbook because of the legal risk.

What I don't understand is why you can't just transfer money from Nucharge to Bodog and vice versa over the phone?

Bodog says they are having trouble with their "link" to Nucharge but if their really wan't bigger problems than they could just do the transfers manually. I think there are definitely bigger issues here.
