Default Weight Gain Supplements (Muscle Milk, CytoGainer, etc)

I'm looking to put on some weight, the right kind of weight. I have a pretty busy schedule, with work and school, so not much time to eat 4-5 meals a day.. so looking into a weight gainer.

I've heard great things about Muscle Milk and CytoGainer.. Does anyone have any experience with either of these products? or any other weight/mass gain product?

I know the importance of going to the gym and maintaining a healthy workout while taking these kind of supplements. Any other advice appreciated.

Don't be awake for more than 90 minutes without eating. If you still fail at gaining weight. Eat more.

Cytogainers have so much sugars/crap in them that they really arent all that beneficial in the long run. As everybody else said, stick to either making it yourself or just eating more high cal items.

This is what I use for my post workout meal:

1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp PB
1 pouch carnation instant breakfast
1 banana

About 560 cals
40g protein
~10g fat

tastes good. Got this from a book called "Power Eating", changed slightly.
