I just did the update and cannot open the programe now either. I get the following error message:
"Cannot open file C:\Programe Files\WorldPx\Poker\SmallTable\CardCommunity\4Colo rs\2c.bmp."

Hope they fix the problem soon, I was really in the mood for a game [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

I sent a wire for $2k on Friday the 9th at around 1 PM. The bank said it would reach them in 2-3 business days, so after 3 days I started going to the live chat on WSEX to see what the deal was. Kept getting told to just wait it out, send in the confirmation receipt (bank mailed it to me about 4 days after the wire was sent) but then I called and they said I didn't need to send it in.

Anyway after 5 business days I just went and scanned in the confirmation receipt, emailed it to them and then finally yesterday it showed up in my account, I got $2200 so 10% bonus.

Cliffs notes: takes about a week and a half, or at least it did for me. may or may not have to send in confirmation receipt.

no the money is in my poker account as well, however it said 2x rollover so maybe before i can cash it out i have to bet it. i already bet 1k and won so im getting there lol.

WSEX GM,

I'm having an issue getting a check through Fed Ex that I requested on 03-09. WSEX support tells me that the check had been processed on the 13th but they cannot provide me a tracking number. Last week they said that the estimated arrival would be last Thursday (03-15) or Friday. On Saturday, they told me yesterday or today (Tuesday). Today, I called and they told me Friday.

I spoke with FedEx and they couldn't find the package for me. WSEX customer support keeps telling me they'll email me the tracking number, but I haven't received one yet. Again, today I was told to ask again tomorrow for it.

What can I do?

I just confirmed that your payout was processed on the 13th. We have put in a request for a tracking number. It is not an automatic process.

I will follow up on this matter tomorrow.

The check was definitely cut but there is not much we can do until our processor gives us the tracking number.
