villian is 6/0 after 182 hands. I think the flop raise was pretty standard but I wasn't expecting a call. On the turn I really think its something like KQ, 89 which I want to charge or a middleish pair which I want to fold.

standard?

I was very lost when he bet out the flop, wasn't sure if I should raise or fold so I defaulted to calling. a better plan?

have only played 24 hands with villian so I think stats are meaningless. He has not done anything to out of line in that time.

This isn't KQ or 89, he rarely plays those hands and never against a UTG raise from the BB. Check behind the turn he wouldn't call that flop raise if he didn't plan on calling you down most of the time. Fold river unimproved or if he makes a big bet.
