i'm on wake as well, although the line at betonline has moved to 5.5. FSU has won 10 of the last 11 against wake, but we all remember the eleventh game, a 30-0 drubbing last season. i think wake is a pretty safe pick getting this many points at home.

I bought FSU -5.5 thinking I would see a chance for a middle or could sell it back at the very least, but this play has really grown on me now. I've decided to just close my eyes and see what happens for a unit of it [img]/images/graemlins/ooo.gif[/img].

Dr. Bob will likely pick this game today right? Any thoughts on which way he will go? Has he been backing or fading either of these teams this year? Is he unlikely to bet a road fave? Is it worth risking losing the 6 to gain the 7? These are the questions haunting me this morning.

(Definitely on Wake and the under obv.)

Thinking Dr. Bob might end up liking Wake. Thursday night home-fave, FSU not that great, short week for both favoring the home-team more perhaps, blah blah blah.

I think FSU can play better than we've seen so far. They killed their own offense last week vs. NCSt with some really untimely holding penalties practically every time they had a 20 or 25 yd gain or something.
That's something that can be corrected somewhat.
But their defense is definitely something to be concerned about. NCSt was really moving the ball against them and had all kinds of space.
And their special-teams struck me as unspectacular.

I might lean FSU at -5.5 or better on this one. Kind of waiting for Dr. Bob to chime-in and see if maybe I can get it at -4 or something if he happens to choose WF like I think could happen.

Any Wake ML thoughts? Home dog on a Thur. night in a winnable game...+200 and up is tempting.
